Tasks

First, before the tests start: 
  • ​Review the schedule of the semester and alternative work exams in coordination with the departments and coordination with the University's Standing Committee for Evaluation and Tests with regard to the final exams.

  •  Review the observers' schedules, and ensure the availability of an appropriate number of observers in each committee. 
  • Audit to ensure clarity of instructions for emergency cases during tests and to create appropriate conditions.
  • ​Publish the instructions for observers and students from the university and confirm that they are followed 
  • Reviewing the readiness of the halls, the availability of a sufficient number of seats in all examination committees as needed, and making sure that they are free of any writings on the seats, walls, blackboards, etc. and directing what is necessary.

Second, during the tests: 
  • ​Reviewing the procedures of all exams in the college in coordination with the departments, studying and reviewing the attendance sheets of the observers and ensuring that each observer signs the statement, and ensuring their regularity at the specified times. 
  • Reviewing the daily test progress report and submitting it to the University's Permanent Executive Committee for Evaluation and Tests. 
  • Review a statement of cheating cases, violations of regulations and instructions, and sick and emergency cases) in preparation for taking the appropriate action according to the regulations regulating this. 
  • Review the examination sub-committees' reports to the departments and provide technical / logistical support during the examinations.

Third: After the tests:

  • ​A review to ensure the integrity of the ​ for receiving response times and examination progress reports (report of hall supervisors and committee statistics) The review to ensure the integrity of the procedures for handing over the time of the answers to the professor of the relevant headquarters, including the division number and the name of the headquarters.
  • Submitting a recommendation for student cases (request for an alternative test - cases of cheating, etc.) to the relevant committees. 
  • Submit the necessary reports to the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and the Deanship of Admission and Registration when needed Studying applications for grievances against the test results submitted by students, and submitting them to the College Council.
  • Investigate any reported cases of cheating during the tests or breach the test system and raise the recommendation to the person with authority.
  • Studying the other works assigned to it by the authorized person, submitting proposals or taking appropriate decisions within the limits of the granted or delegated authority.
